Make sure to activate the AddOn, the BioBlender panel should appear in the Scene panel, after all the regular . Scroll down until you find it after Custom Properties

I cannot upload the protein of my interest.
Answer
Check that your pdb file is formatted according to the standard (Yes, we know that there are several ‘standards’, we refer to the one released by PDB, available here). In particular, BioBlender needs to read the identity of the atom in the last column of the PDB file.

Check that your protein does not contain very rare aminoacids (in this case, tell us, and we can introduce them in the libraries), or ligands that contain rare atoms.
